What is BodyTalk ?
BodyTalk is a gentle, holistic approach to healing that works by re-establishing communication between the mind, body, and emotions. It’s a form of mind-body medicine that helps the body remember how to heal itself.
Your body is naturally designed for self-healing. When all systems and parts communicate freely, balance and wellness are restored. However, stress, trauma, and daily pressures often disrupt these communication pathways, leading to imbalance, discomfort, and illness.
A BodyTalk session helps uncover the stories your body is holding onto—whether past experiences, trauma, limiting beliefs, or unresolved emotions—and restores the body’s natural ability to heal. Through light tapping techniques, BodyTalk resets communication within the body so it can return to balance.

How does a BodyTalk session work?
Length: About 1 hour
First Visit: You’ll complete a short intake form about your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We’ll discuss your history, your questions, and what you’d like support with. All sessions are confidential.
During a Session:
You’ll lie comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table.
Using gentle muscle feedback (lightly touching your arm), I’ll “ask” your body what areas are a priority.
With this information, we’ll bring awareness to the stories and patterns your body has been holding.
Through gentle tapping over the head, heart, and gut—along with breath and acupressure point holding—the body is reminded of how to restore communication and activate its healing process.
BodyTalk is cumulative—each session can build upon the last—allowing deeper shifts and long-lasting change.
My story with Bodytalk

💫 $70 per session
Available in-person or at a distance.
Distance sessions last about an hour and take place virtually through Google Meet. They are just as effective as in-person, allowing you to receive BodyTalk from the comfort of your home.
