Hi, I’m Ramona Heidi.
Somatic Spiritual Practitioner | Trauma-Informed Facilitator | Spiritual Director | Enneagram Coach
I’m Ramona Heidi (she/her), a somatic spiritual practitioner, spiritual director, and trauma-informed facilitator with over 20 years of experience in spiritual health—and the last 5 years specifically supporting folks through deconstruction, religious trauma, and embodied spiritual reclamation.
I long to create spaces that invite people back into their bodies, their inner wisdom, and a spirituality that is authentic, liberating, and their own.
How I Listen & Work
I am forever practicing the art of listening well—listening to my own voice, to the ways the body speaks, to others with depth and compassion, and to the movement of Mystery.
My passion is to offer presence that helps us remember who we are: embodied spirits carrying the Divine spark in this world.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, body-based and deeply integrative—drawing from mystical and nature-based traditions, archetypal wisdom and welcoming people from all spiritual backgrounds or none at all. I’m particularly drawn to journeying with those who are deconstructing old faith systems, holding space for the in-between place where old pillars have fallen and new frameworks are tenderly forming.
Roots & Formation
My spiritual roots are Christian, primarily within the Mennonite tradition. I have been on my own deconstruction journey, reinterpreting and reclaiming what holds true for me today. Along the way, I’ve found deep wisdom in other spiritual paths—especially mystic and earth-based traditions. Today, I name myself Inter-spiritual, open to walking alongside those from any tradition or none.
The training school where I earned my Spiritual Direction certification—Prairie Jubilee—integrates the Enneagram as a lens for understanding ourselves, the world, and our interconnectedness, and its wisdom continues to shape my life and work.
Education & Experience

My Lived Experience
I’ve walked this path myself. I’ve moved through the disorientation and grief of religious deconstruction, am recovering from the impacts of purity culture, and have navigated the beautiful, tender process of discovering my queerness later in life.
These personal experiences are woven into my work—not as answers to hand out, but as a way of holding space for the complexity and dignity of your own story.
The spaces I hold are body-based, inter-spiritual, inclusive, queer-affirming, and grounded in slowness and care. I’m not here to tell you what to believe, but to help you listen to your own voice again, trust your body, and reclaim the sacredness of your journey.
If you’re in a season of unraveling, questioning, or rebuilding, you are not alone—and you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
