I’m so excited to share a 5-week blog series for anyone curious about reclaiming their voice, trusting their intuition, and navigating the inner Saboteur. Each week, I’ll drop a new post exploring how we can notice patterns, build self-trust, and reclaim our power.

I’ve always been endlessly fascinated by humans—the choices we make, what drives us, and what sometimes holds us back.
This curiosity fuels my work: helping people listen to themselves, trust their bodies, and reclaim the sacredness of their journey.

Working with me is about cultivating your inner voice and learning to trust your intuition.

It’s about noticing the subtle messages of your body, mind, and heart—and responding with gentleness and presence.

🌕 Reflective Prompt on Noticing Intuition

Close your eyes, take some settling breaths, and notice how your body feels in this moment

Pay attention specifically to your belly area, your gut, the home of your intuition. Do you notice any stirrings? sensations, heat? movement?

Be with that sensation. Allow it space to grow, bigger, louder.

What feelings/ emotions are there? curiosity? anger? wonder? A desire to take action?
Are there whispers inside you you’ve been ignoring—or curious about exploring?
