Healing doesn’t always start with talking. Sometimes it starts with listening—really listening—to your body. BodyTalk is a holistic approach to healing that helps you do exactly that. It’s a way to connect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit—without needing to overthink or overanalyze.
How BodyTalk Works
In a BodyTalk session, you lie fully clothed, on a massage table. I use gentle muscle feedback—lightly lifting your wrist—to “ask” your body what areas need attention. This tells us what your body wants to prioritize, even if your mind isn’t sure.
Some folks come with physical concerns, chronic pain or illness, sleep issues, or repeat injuries. Your body guides us to the emotional or energetic issues that are connected to these physical symptoms, helping uncover the root of the imbalance.What comes up can include events, situations, patterns, or emotions—some may be recent, others may be old, and some may even be ancestral.

Session Details
As I’m still a student, my sessions are $70 right now, and you can book either in-person or distance sessions—both are equally effective. Sessions typically last about an hour.
